A Celebrant led wedding ceremony gives you the flexibility to have your ceremony, your way.
I will work with you so that your special day reflects who you are. Your personalities, interests, and individual tastes can all be Incorporated into a ceremony that truly embraces who you are as individuals and as a couple.
We can be as traditional or as individual as you like - from vows and exchange of rings, to sand ceremonies, hand-fasting or quaich ceremonies.
This day is about celebrating You, and your commitment to each other. it makes sense that it should be tailored so that it is as unique as you are!
Funerals
'a good funeral' may seem to be a contradiction in terms. however it is a once off opportunity to celebrate the life of the deceased , so it makes complete sense to conduct it in a way that they themselves would want to be remembered.
whether the service is a cremation, a burial or an interment of ashes, it can be individually styled to truly honour the deceased whilst helping to support their loved ones.
I will meet with you to really try to understand the essence of your loved one and work with your funeral director to ensure that the ceremony is a truly fitting tribute.
As I am independent, i am able to prepare a ceremony that reflects the BELIEFS AND VALUES OF THE DECEASED AND THEIR LOVED ONES, whatever they may be.
About Me
I AM lorna wilkinson and i am based in fittleworth, near pulborough and petworth in west sussex.
It was at my late mother-in-law's funeral that I first came across the concept of celebrancy. The celebrant who led her service truly made us all feel like he had known her for years. it made such a difference to us, as her family, that HE had paid such attention to detail to ensure that the service was just right.
I realised that this was something that I might be able to do that could really make a positive difference for people at all stages of life, AND AT THEIR FINAL GOODBYE.
I trained with the fellowship of professional Celebrants and have certificates in Marriage and Family celebrancy, as well as funeral celebrancy.
